1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Neontek! These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the websites (including neontek.co.ke and blog.neontek.co.ke), mobile applications, newsletters, and other online products and services (collectively, our "Platforms") provided by Neontek.

By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platforms. These Terms are separate from any "Terms of Service" agreement for our development clients.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platforms immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nairobi.
